Nordic Celtic harp duo, The Harp Twins, alongside the
Volfgang Twins, have released the track list as well as two music videos of
songs off their upcoming collaboration album, “Ice Storm.” The songs on the
album are Nordic-inspired, and the album features 10 original tracks as well as five cover
songs.

The Harp Twins and Volfgang Twins have also released two music videos featuring tracks from their new album.
“Call of the Valkyries” features harps, voices, and drums.
The song features mythological Valkyries, which translates to “chooser of the
slain." It is said that these creatures guide those who have been slain to
the afterlife. The video was shot in Alaska under the summer solstice’s midnight
sun. It was filmed by Diane Carlson (Harp Twins’ mom) and edited by Camille and
Kennerly Kit (the Harp Twins).
“Ice Troll” features harps, voices, drums, and their new
custom dragon tagelharpas. The video was filmed by Diane Carlson and edited by
Camille and Kennerly Kitt. The song tells the tale of the Ice Troll, a creature
the Harp Twins created themselves.
The Harp Twins are identical twins Camille and Kennerly Kitt.
They are based out of Illinois, have become the most recognized harp duo in
their world thanks to their ability to cross genre boundaries.
The Volfgang Twins are Drømil and Drømal Vølfgang. Their music,
art, and style have been influenced by their Germanic heritage.
The album is available for preorder on Kickstarter until
April 26, 2025. Aside from the album, supporters have the option to support the
album at varying levels to get different types of merchandise.
