Irish singer Damian McGinty announced that he is releasing a special physical edition of “This Christmas Time” in honor of its 10th anniversary. The album can be pre-ordered now and will be shipped in November.
The new edition contains all of the songs from the original Christmas
album as well as songs from “Santa Fake” and “Can't Cancel Christmas.” McGinty
even wrote an original song exclusively for this anniversary edition of the
album.
Fans can purchase just the album, either autographed or not
autographed. There are also various packages at different price points that
include things like handwritten lyrics of McGinty’s original song and a signed
Christmas card.
The new edition of the album is a physical CD. The original
edition of the album is on iTunes, but the 10th anniversary edition
is physical only.
McGinty got his musical career start as a member of Celtic Thunder,
a PBS show that took the world by storm. He continues to perform and tour with
them. He was featured on the “Glee Project,” which led to him having a guest
star role on the TV show “Glee.” Since then, he has had roles in various movies. When he is not touring with Celtic Thunder,
McGinty also records solo music and does solo tours.
