On March 17, 2026, Celtic Woman performed at the Keswick Theater in Glenside, Pennsylvania, as a part of their New Era tour. The lineup for the show included Mairéad Carlin, Kate Heneghan, Muirgen O'Mahony, Caitríona Sherlock, as well as other backing musicians.

The concert featured iconic songs from Celtic Woman’s past, such as “Danny Boy” and “Orinoco Flow”, as well as new surprises. Whether you have been a fan since the start or have just recently discovered the group, there is something for everyone to connect with and enjoy.

One of the things that was so obvious throughout the show was the group’s love for each other and the legacy of Celtic Woman. Whether they have been a member of the group for over a decade or just recently joined, they have so much reverence for the history of the group and those who came before.

Their love for the other women on stage is also so palpable. At several points throughout the show, they could be seen bringing each other in close with either a hug or an arm around one of the others. The camaraderie is so heartwarming. Seeing women lift each other up and work together for a common goal on stage is so important in this day and age.

The ladies sing a lot of songs in Gaeilge (the Irish language). It is great to see musicians doing their part to keep the Irish language alive, especially since it was on the brink of extinction not long ago. A group like Celtic Woman can have a huge influence by inspiring the next generation to learn the language. Personally, I was inspired to start my learning journey back up again.

Audience members should be aware that fog is used in the show. If your tickets are further back, it likely will not impact you too much. However, someone who had seats in the front few rows (the venue’s “pit” section) had to leave because the fog was triggering her asthma. Others said the fog smelled bad, which only worsened the woman’s asthma.

The Keswick was the perfect size for Celtic Woman. They used every bit of the stage without it seeming overly cramped. However, if they had all of the background singers and the orchestra that is typically seen on their PBS shows, it likely would be a packed stage.

If you go to the show, be sure to bring tissues. Several of the songs, from “Amazing Grace” to “You Raise Me Up,” are super powerful and emotional. Audience members found these songs to have a deep impact. Other songs may trigger emotions as well, but that adds to the beauty of the group.

The group’s vocals were impeccable for the show. They were in perfect harmony, and their voices were strong yet beautiful. Their voices radiated throughout the theater, and their passion for the music was infectious.

Overall, this concert was incredible. If you have been a Celtic Woman fan from the start and are worried about the new voices, have no fear. They all did a beautiful job of honoring Celtic Woman’s history while also making their own mark on the group. The show was the perfect way to spend St. Patrick’s Day.
